Creamy vegan soup

Serving: 6 small doses

You need this soup recipe:

  • 4 small potatoes
  • 5 carrots
  • Medium size sweet potato
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 package cooking cream or coconut cream
  • herb seasoning and salt


Instructions:

Chop all the ingredients for soup; potatoes, carrots and sweet potato. Add them to the boiler. Add also one vegetable stock cube, herb seasoning, and salt. Cook for about 30-45 minutes until the root vegetables are ripe and soft.

Mix the ingredients in the blender well and add cooking cream. Blend well and it’s ready for serving. This soup tasted so good and creamy. I can recommend trying it out! It was the best soup for a long time, what I have done.
