Yummy peach pie

Serving: 6-8 pieces

Bottom of casserole:

  • 1 jar peach
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar or coconut sugar

You need for this pie:

  • 150-gram butter
  • 1,5 decilitres sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2,5-deciliter flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 5 tablespoon peach juice


Add brown sugar, almond groats and peach slices to the casserole. Then start making the pastry. Foam the eggs and sugar first. Melt the butter in the micro. Mix the dry ingredients together and add them to eggs and sugar. Mix well. Add also butter and peach juice. Pour the pastry over the peaches to the casserole. Bake the pie at 175 degrees for a 45-50 minute. Let it cool and enjoy!
