Vegetable steaks and fries

Serving: 6 doses steaks and 2 doses fries

You need for vegetable steaks:

  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ decilitres flour
  • Salt
  • Herbs

+ butter for frying


Shred all the vegetables (potato, carrots, zucchini, onion) to bowl. Mix them well with eggs, flour, and spices. Let it swell for a while. Form a mixture of steaks and bake on both sides of the pan.


You need for fries:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil
  • Seasoning: salt, barbecue seasoning, paprika spice and herbs


Peel sweet potato and potatoes. Chop vegetables for suitable size sticks. Spread them to the casserole and add some olive oil and spices. Cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve fries with vegetable steaks. 🙂
