Serving: 2 smoothies in a glass
You need for this recipe:
- 200-gram of berries (for example blueberries, strawberries)
- 30-gram whey protein powder like the vanilla flavor
- 250-gram soy milk or soy yogurt
- 5-gram psyllium
Measure and add all ingredients in a blender bowl. Blend well for a couple minutes until smoothie is ready and mixed well.
