Broad bean pizza

Serving: 5-6 doses

You need for pizza base:

  • 4-decilitre water
  • 1 x dry yeast
  • ¾ salt
  • 2-decilitre pizza flour
  • 5-9 decilitre flour
  • 4-6 tablespoon oil

Instructions:

Heat the water and add dry yeast to it. Let it mix with the water. Turn the oven warm to 200 degrees. Add also salt, pizza flour, and oil. Mix well. Add flour and mix the dough by hand until it’s ready. Let the dough swell for half an hour. Spread the pizza base to the appropriate thickness of the baking sheet. Bake pizza base in the oven for 5 minutes.

Collect all the toppings ready for the pizza. Wash and chop all tomatoes. Peel and chop onion. Add all the tops over the pizza of what you want.

You can add on pizza:

  • Broad bean
  • Tomato puree
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Carlic
  • Pineapple
  • Grated cheese

Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minute. Here is the making process in photos.
