Fresh and healthy chicken salad

Serving: 4 meals

You need for this recipe:
– Salad
– ½ Cucumber
– 3 tomatoes
– small bunch spring onion (like 3-6 green spring onion)
– 1 red onion
– 1-2 Avocado’s
– ½ package feta
– 250-gram different kind of veggies

– 300-gram Chicken
– 3 tablespoon olive oil
– salt, herbs, paprika powder & curry powder (you can use dry or fresh herbs)
– 2 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 egg white (cook it on a pan)

Instructions:
Wash and chop all salad ingredients, feta, and onions. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Take the avocado stone off and chop avocado into the salad bowl. Cook chicken on the pan and add olive oil, and seasonings. Serve salad with chicken, feta, egg white and fresh water. 🙂
