Mango smoothie

Serving: 3 normal size portions

You need for this recipe:

  • 1 can mangos
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mandarin
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 cup of soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mango juice

Instructions:

Open mango and pineapple cans. Peel and chop banana. Peel also mandarin. Add all ingredients to blender bowl, measure also soy yogurt among. Blender the smoothie to smooth and ready to serve. Add smoothie to a glass and enjoy! This was really yummy and to help with the sweet starvation. 🙂
